One of the main reasons we started Transpose Supply was to try and find a way to pay teachers a fair rate for the work they do and also to be open and honest about our financial dealings with our schools, teachers and teaching assistants. So, our payment model is quite simple:
Your level of experience will determine how much your earn from our clear and simple price list. And, you will be on our own payroll and paid through PAYE.
Short term classroom cover assignments for teachers pay within the Main Pay Range and for longer term contracts you'll earn Main Pay Scale in accordance with Agency Workers Regulations.
